These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Well Lush ("Company") and participating Laundrettes and Customers using the Well Lush platform for laundry collection and delivery services.

Trial Period

Each laundrette is entitled to a one-month free trial upon registration however this may be extended via a valid coupon code.

The laundrette may terminate participation at any time during this trial period through their orders dashboard without incurring any charges.

After the trial period, the laundrette will be billed according to the agreed fee structure.

Scope of Services

Well Lush facilitates the collection and delivery of laundry for laundrettes, connecting them with customers via an online platform.

The Company handles marketing activities to drive sales for laundrettes and provides a network for managing orders, collection, and delivery.

Laundrettes using Well Lush do not need to manage or maintain a fleet, drivers, or related expenses (e.g., tax, fuel).

Payments and Processing

Stripe Payment Processing: Well Lush uses Stripe to securely process all payments, including refunds, directly to the laundrette's bank account. Laundrettes are required to sign up with Stripe during onboarding.

Payment Disbursement: Funds from completed transactions will be deposited into the laundrette's designated bank account. (Typical transfer timelines may vary; please consult Stripe for specifics.)

Refunds and Adjustments: Refunds and other payment adjustments are managed through the Well Lush web application in compliance with Stripe's policies.

Operational Guidelines

Same-Day Delivery: Laundrettes may offer same-day delivery and define the cutoff time for qualifying orders during the onboarding process.

Service Availability: Well Lush's service hours are 8 am to 11 pm, seven days a week. Laundrettes set their own operating hours during onboarding, which will be visible to customers.

Service Offerings: Laundrettes specify the services they offer on the platform. (Note: Ironing services are currently unavailable on Well Lush.)

Responsibilities and Liability

Logistics (Well Lush / Third party Courier): All logistics for collection and delivery are managed by our third party courier service, which is responsible for the safe and timely transport of orders.

Laundry Handling (Laundrette): The laundrette is responsible for the accurate cleaning, packaging, and labelling of all orders for delivery.

Customer Accountability: Customers are responsible for correctly sizing, weighing, and labelling packages according to the platform's guidelines.

Indemnity

Laundrettes agree to indemnify Well Lush and third party courier services from any liabilities arising from service faults in laundering or packaging.

Termination of Services

During and after the trial period, either party may terminate the agreement through the Well Lush platform.
